Become a Certified Mindful Facilitator: Transform Workplaces with Mindfulness-Based Practices
The Mindful Facilitator Certification Program is a 3-step journey designed to equip coaches and leaders with the skills to integrate powerful mindfulness techniques into organizations, improving employee well-being, focus, and productivity.
Our Three-Step Program
Our program consists of three levels, each building on the last to give you the knowledge, experience, and confidence to guide mindfulness practices in various organisational settings. Whether you’re a coach or a leader, you’ll learn how to facilitate mindfulness in ways that improve focus, resilience, and emotional intelligence within your teams or clients.
Foundational Level
Begin your journey with the basics of mindfulness. This level covers essential techniques and practices to establish a strong foundation in mindfulness facilitation.
Master Level
