LIVE The Mindful Facilitator Foundational Level

Join us for two days of live training to become a certified Mindful facilitator. This foundational course will give you everything you need to start guiding mindfulness practices in individual and group settings and shape your organisational culture. You’ll learn the core principles of mindfulness, how to lead mindful sessions, and techniques to help others reduce stress and improve focus in the workplace.
